Hygenic and Safe

Avos n More has the largest state of the art processing facility in the region with a daily capacity of 120 tonnes of Macadamia and over 200 tonnes of Avocado. Macadamia process starts with sanitizing all Macadamia in shell, automatically removing all undersize, immature, mould, and rancid nuts. This helps in improving sound kernel recovery, tremendously improving final product. Resulting Macadamia then goes through the process of drying and cracking. Sorting is done automatically by a series of color sorters thus reducing human handling. Nuts are then graded ready for pasteurization. .

Farmers Stake

It is also worthwhile to note that Avos n More has started a program where over 500 farmers clusters (over 15,000 Farmers) will co-own the business via J-Biz App, first of a kind in the industry.
